Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally via express courier. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that duties and taxes may apply for orders outside of our primary distribution hubs.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached. Please note that made-to-measure and customized items are final sale.
Can I have my trousers hemmed before shipping?
To ensure a perfect fit, we typically ship our trousers unfinished. However, we offer in-house alterations at our flagship stores. For online orders, we recommend visiting a local master tailor once the garment has been tried on.
